Nayapaila Cooperative is a local cooperative situated in Sunawal-8, Nawalparasi West, which has established a biomanure and biochar production facility using waste grass available in their community forest. This initiative helps reduce the use of chemical fertilizers in agriculture. The project aims to contribute to sustainable forest management and environmental conservation by promoting the use of bio-compost manure in farmers’ fields. Surrounding indigenous and local communities will benefit from this sub-project in the future.
