Nepal Ayurved Medical Foundation is a dedicated social organization committed to community welfare, traditional health promotion, and sustainable development. Over the years, the Foundation has carried out various social activities and training programs aimed at uplifting local communities. Its past initiatives include organizing awareness campaigns, health-related programs, Ayurveda knowledge dissemination, and skill-development training for youth, women, and marginalized groups.
In continuation of its community-centered approach, the Foundation has recently initiated banana farming on 16 kathas of land. This new agricultural venture aligns with its long-term vision of promoting natural, environmentally friendly, and income-generating activities. Banana cultivation helps enhance soil fertility, increase greenery, and support biodiversity while contributing positively to environmental conservation. The initiative also encourages sustainable farming practices that benefit both the community and the ecosystem.
Through this plantation project, the Foundation aims to create employment opportunities for local people, especially youth and women, by involving them in farming, maintenance, and processing activities. Additionally, the banana farming initiative is expected to generate a stable source of income, strengthen local agriculture, and promote community self-reliance.
Nepal Ayurved Medical Foundation continues to integrate social service with ecological responsibility by supporting natural agriculture, community empowerment, and livelihood development. The Foundation stands as a model organization demonstrating how traditional knowledge, community participation, and sustainable practices can collectively contribute to public welfare, environmental protection, and long-term socio-economic growth.
